These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
